ABOUT

IBM Watson Assistant is IBM’s AI-powered chatbot that enterprises customize and deploy across websites to deliver branded conversational experiences.

I designed a cohesive home screen experience for Watson Assistant that aligned with IBM’s design language and brand standards. My work included creating UI components, layouts, and interactive prototypes; integrating feedback informed by user and market research. I also conducted user testing and design reviews, helping refine the product and contributing to measurable increases in user engagement post-launch.
